Conditions for Eligibility:

Items must not be damaged and should remain in their original, unused condition. Replacement items are subject to inspection by our team.

Products must be accompanied by:

a) Original Product Certificate

b) Original/Copy of Invoice

c) Packaging and documentation

d) Lab certificates

Note: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above-mentioned items are missing.

Return Policy for Loose Products (Gemstones/Rudraksha):

Customers can return gemstones within 7-10 days of delivery and receive an 80% refund. A valid reason for return must be provided.

Important Notes:

1. Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
2. Canceled orders after paid certification will incur a deduction for certification costs.
3. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment Gateway charges, 5%, are non-refundable.
5. Returns take 7-10 business days to process. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
6. Products must be returned within 15 days for a refund.
7. A proper unboxing video is required for every product’s return. Requests without this video will not proceed.
8. The customer's account will reflect the refunded product's availability once returned.

Return Policy for Customized Jewelry:

Custom jewelry, including rings, pendants, and bracelets, cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy:

Customers may purchase another product on our website valued at 70% of the original invoice within 3 months. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Canceled orders will incur a deduction for making charges.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law:

Any disputes shall be governed by the law and the courts in Jaipur Jurisdiction.
