Although, we request financial information from you such as your card details. However, neither do we collect or have access to any financial details provided by you. This information is directly provided to our third-party payment gateways that handle, process and store this information for you to purchase a product from the website or application. Once you register with Anytime Astro Academy, you are able to view all your login details. And, you may correct any mistakes that are there in the information that you provided.

Your password is critical for your account’s security. So, make sure you create a password with characters, letters and numbers and do not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for each action that you do on the application, so if you lose control of your account and the actions done in your account name, you might be subject to legal complications. So, if you lose your password, then notify us immediately and change your password.

You can review all the courses enrolled in simply by logging into your account.

Option To Opt Out & Data Deletion Request By User

The User has the option of not providing its Information to Anytime Astro Academy. Any Information provided and/or collected by us may be withdrawn at any time during or pursuant to usage of the Application by the User. In order to opt out and request account/data deletion, the user can send an email to the Support team and raise a request.

Children

In order to use the Anytime Astro website or application, you need to be 18 and above. If you are under 18, do not use or access the website or the application as a user as well as an astrologer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 18. If you as a parent or guardian are aware that your children have shared or provided any information without your consent, please contact us at support@anytimeastro.com.
